Problem with stable event - took my BB but didn't credit me

    I won the rare stable but the screen froze up just after I won the animal. It took the BB but didn't credit me. I played twice, the first time without a problem. I logged out after there was no other way out of the frozen screen. When I logged back in I had not been credited but the BB were still subtracted. I had won the Bager. I prefer to be credit the Bager than the BB back. Lea 2191

    Another platupus showed up on my inventory, so I am guessing the game credited me belatedly with this. That isn't what the game told me I won, and I already have one. It's disappointing to loose out on a good prize because of a glitch.

    One other problem: some time ago one of my crow nets got deleted. I bought one through Moonlight madness. I later won a crow nest Red. I still have the upgrade but only one crow. I had two as I had them side by side on the farm and compared the appearance of the upgrade over the one I purchased. I'm not sure how how long it has been gone but at least a week, perhaps several weeks.

    I have checked your logs and the results of the pick-a-stable tries were:
    2016-07-15 20:48:55 CEST Bear habitat
    2016-07-15 20:51:41 CEST Platypus stall

    Could you please be so kind and clear your browser cache and cookies and your Flash cache? This will help you avoid glitches / display issues, as the mini event is working as intended, and all the tries are recorded with all the details in the logs, and the results are determined immediately.

    As for the crow nests, your records show that you have gotten only one Crow nest from Moonlight Mania: Jack's Shop on 2016-05-05 at 19:21:25 CEST :( I have checked your Gift & Trade logs too, to see if you have gotten another one but it looks like this was not the case, so the explanation would be that you either mistook this account for another one, if you have multiple farms, either you have compared the crow nests with the crow hoard (workshop) :( . I am sorry to not have better news for you, but I would like to ask you kindly to report these matters at your earliest convenience, and not wait so long before reporting a problem, to have it clarified as soon as possible.
