Problem with the game loading

Like deepakswati, I too am having trouble with the game being slow. It is so slow that it is not even loading! I had trouble with this a couple hours ago as well as right now. I don't normally farm at night (it's just past 5am my time/ 11am CET) but I happened to wake up earlier so I thought I would make an exception for the MM crops in hopes of making more Sushi.

I am able to log in, but my screen stays at the two wheelbarrow sheep. I have cleared my cache, tried Chrome and Firefox both - and even restarted my computer... to no avail. Any help you can give would be appreciated as I have a CAC/ZAB about ready to expire.

PS If it helps to determine if there is a server issue, I am market 14.

 

I wasn't able to get onto the game or the forum for the last almost 4 hours. Since the event is going on, I hope they extend the time to make up for the outage. This is was my first MM and will end up having to wait until next month to try again for bat breeding. Might anyway even if they don't extend it, but at least I'd have the opportunity to try.

I tried to get on the game a couple of different ways and it kept saying that it couldn't connect to bigpoint.com. So at least I know I wasn't alone

Erica51, If there is any news of an extension, it will be announced in the Official Announcements. If you are still having Game issues, can you please post a new thread of your own.

I was able to log onto the game with my phone (free Photon browser) shortly after I wrote my first message. A bit of a pain, but it works. I was unable to harvest before my CAC / ZAB ran out. I was hoping to be able to harvest and replant a "bridge crop" so I could wait until later to activate another CAC /ZAB. That way, come tomorrow, I wouldn't be getting up at 5 am again to harvest before they ran out. (Yes, I was already planning on missing the final hours of MM lol!)


I had cleared my computer's flash cache previously, then after using my phone, I cleared my (laptop's) browser cache (Chrome) and cookies (to the beginning of time lol). In the past, any problems I have had with the farm, a flash cache clear has resolved them. The browser cache clear seemed to have helped as I am now able to get to my main farm and move around. So whatever the problem was, it seems to have resolved itself. (I hope!)
