Problem with title bar and fix the stable upgrade placement please

Bar at the top of the screen showing BB, coins, stars, etc. keeps disappearing every time I enter the breeding then come back to main farm. Does it on both Bahamarama and Main Farm no matter which screen you return to. It is not a big deal since it reappears as soon as you enter a different field. I would rather see them spend their time fixing the problem with placement of stall upgrades, requiring you to type in a new search constantly. That has been broken for months. Please tell techs, I don't understand why it is such a problem to fix (the placement of stable upgrades) since it was never broken prior to several months ago. Just go look at the old code, and figure out why you broke it in the first place. If they don't fix it soon I will complain to customer service.

 

They can't do that. Yes I and others thought the same. Thing is I am in school to learn coding and now in classes for software testing. When things are fixed, it also messes with things that never was an issue. Sometimes fixing one bad code affects other codes. I can assure you they are doing the best they can. While luckly it is a small issue they must keep the new code. They know its only a matter of tweaking things. Its finding the new small bugs after fixing major bug fix, that, most of the time, just can not be done over night.

While no player wants any issues they are working the best they can. I hope you understand that as yes it messes with our game play. Sorry for me to speak on behalf of the team. We must accept what they do and how they do it. They do not want us to leave cause of major bugs or even minor ones. But bugs gets fixed as a must get done first then they go down the line. Major bugs always comes first. Long as it don't do many other things. That is also why they may have postpone the harvest event we should've had going now.

Any how a MOD be with you soon. I so thank you for bringing issues up as they wont know if we don't let them know of issues. I just thought I speak about the fact they can't look at old code. As it isn't easy for us or them. I am sure if they could they would and will. Any how have a great day. I hope game play gets better for us all soon. As I am sure the team is tired of the bugs themselves...lol

You can try clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if that helps with the display issue. If not, I will forward this to the Game Team.
The Game Team are aware of the issues with loading items into Storage Houses, and as soon as we have any further news, we will announce it.

same problem - no help clear caches (Firefox, Opera, Chrome - all same (no Edge in my old PC)) and cookies.
Have to re-load the game, no help to move to another area, market place, mill or other places.
Same problem also another game accounts (girlfriend with same PC).

So that is not a one player problem, seems to be very common! (hope understand my "rallyenglish, I´m finnish)

edit: I mean that Title Bar Problem (not the other one) !

 

The Game Team have been notified of the problem. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.
