Problems purchasing BBs

    Hello, I have had not been able to purchase in-game currency for almost four weeks on my BigFish farm (ss1965, id# 53890051). I have been contacting BF and it's been basically pointless, at least it seems so after 4 weeks, eh?

    I've been contacting them, but it seems that maybe I should contact you guys.

    This is the problem: I go to the bank. I choose the bottom right-hand 'button'. It takes me to the page with all the different packages of in-game currency. I have been choosing the $10.00 package (300ish BBs, you know, what I used to get for five dollars a month - sorry, but a bit miffed about that too). Then, nothing. I get a different screen (the yellow 'folder' looking screen) and it says, continue with on the top left-hand corner. And that's it.

    Can you help me? I would really appreciate some help!

    Have you had any response form BigFish's Support team? You can try contacting our Support, but I am not sure they will be able to assist as it is a BigFish issue.

    Hello shooger, it is resolved - amazing! lol
    Thank you for the space to vent. It is upsetting. I have missed many events and even the butterfly pet! I was absolutely thinking of dropping that farm or using it as a gifting farm. And I may still do that... Still quite miffed about it, as well as the BB that're double the price. But, I realize that's not about you or the forum. Sorry for the venting, but it sure felt good.
