Problems with Magic Stalk Rows

    My favorite rows were all mixed up. I'm arranging them and there is an issue with Dog Pageant Magic Stalk Row. I need to move it from step 148 to 67. It seems that it moves only one step and then the whole stalk gets stuck. It doubles itself and the clouds get on top of each other. If I try to move again nothing happens. Only way out this situation is updating the page. After update the row has moved two steps. I'm not using client.
