    Hello,
    On November 28, 2025, around 3:18 AM Turkish time, I made my second purchase of the "Black Sheep Week" packages, 65x3 Suzy's Super Grow. Although the money was charged to my credit card, I received a message saying there was an error during the payment process. I would like to request that the products be credited to my account and the purchase be processed. I would like to receive the gifts I was supposed to receive with the purchase of 5 packages.
