Problems with the farm wheel - it's not spinning after two incidents

I selected to spend 2bb's on a spin and the wheel did not spin and I have now lost 2bb's. Also I was in the party wheel and the watched the countdown turn to zeros and pressed the button to spin the wheel and again it did not work. Is there a problem with the wheel at the moment? Thank you.

For the last week I have not been able to access the farm wheel. I can click on it from the map and the city, it comes up with the loading page and stays there. The only way to get passed it is reloading the page. Can someone please help? Thank you

You cannot buy Normal Farmwheel spins, they can only be awarded through Fuzzles or won in Events/Quests. You have used the 2BB's to reset the Prizes, so you only have had the 1 spin.

What about when the countdown becomes zero, does this mean that you get a spin? This happened when I was in the party prize list. I assumed that it meant a spin was available and when I clicked on the -> arrow it just took me to the Farm Supplies list. Thanks again.

 

The counter indicates the prizes that are sjown, when it reaches zero a new set of prizes are displayed. Paying 2BB resets this early.
