Feedback Producer Newsletter addressing the Current Issues

If the developers are going to change something give a heads up and be straightforward about it.
If one buys the harvester/mill etc. on monthly basis, what would it take to get a frequent buyer program? I had a script for the farmer bill that stated 6 months minimum to keep it then one day it disappeared without warning and I wasn't given the chance to finish the 'required' end of my deal with the vague statement "it may reappear sometime in the new year" PR fail.
I agree with the players in this post that the harvester set should be included in the process of the game, it's integral to playing it. Find something else that we would want and set a price for it, having no script for it puts players at a disadvantage whatever the level.

 

I didn't purchase the cloud row that decreased milling time but I did think about it. Am pleased now I didn't with all the hoo-haa about it! If something is purchased with RL ££ with a definitive description of that item then that is what it should do! If you bought something in a shop that didn't work properly when you got it home, you would return it and expect an exchange or refund wouldn't you? Why should it be any different on a computer game? It is still a RL transaction with RL ££! I would be very disgruntled if it was me and I do spend RL ££ on here regularly but that would soon stop if I bought something thinking it was going to do one thing then it didn't or it got changed to something less productive!!!
Considering BP, that you do have such a caring and loyal community I think like many have said communication and taking responsibility is vital to keeping those players happy and playing on your games!
Yes it is a free to play game and so you do not have to pay RL ££ to play but ultimately like someone else mentioned previously, the Devs have to make a living out of it some way so of course they're gonna make it where it's a lot easier to play the game and get certain advantages by spending RL ££ on it. However, I do agree that with the regularity of events and large amounts of event crops required that the game would just stop being fun very quickly if players had to harvest/seed etc manually on 1x1 plots constantly to be able to achieve any decent result in the events. I for one would not be willing to do it as firstly it would bore me stupid and put me off the game and secondly it would just take too darn long and most people have RL commitments to see to. Unfortunately just like RL, the more RL ££ you've got to spend on it, the more advantages are available to you..but don't get too greedy BP or unrealistic with your game play or you will spoil an excellent game!!!
