Producing pumpkin jam

I had 11 basic jelly and 27 pumpkin jams in my barn. I thought I started 8 pumpkin jams which would take basic down to 3 and pumpkin jam up to 35, correct? After it was done, I have 3 basic and 34 pumpkin in my barn. Where did #35 go to? I thought I had been missing 1 or 2 here and there when I was making them but wasn't sure. This morning I'm pretty sure there is one missing. Thanks

I have checked your logs and I saw that half an hour before making the 8 pumpkin jams, you ate 1 :
16.02.2015, 14:17:51 CET startProduction: pumpkinJam : +8
16.02.2015, 13:47:34 CET used: pumpkinJam: -1
If you have checked your stock before producing them, you are most likely missing one otherwise the numbers add up.

Please let us know if there's a culprit we need to catch .

 

Yes teddy, I ate one, cleared some fields. Then I checked my barn to see how many basics and pumpkin jam I had before I started making them. Like I said, I had 27 pumpkin and 11 basics. It's just 1 pumpkin jam but guess I need to keep a closer eye on when I am producing products to make sure I am getting the correct amount

 

In this case, please be so kind and contact Support for this matter and you will probably recover the delicious jam.
