    I cautiously point out that messages like these, where there is a contact request and where to put your information: I would be very careful, I suspect scams / phishing! I’m not saying this is the case, but birthday codes usually come here on the forum, at least I haven’t received any messages myself, well so, my email!     I wouldn't be too concerned about it being legitimate if it has the address: farmerama@newsletter.bigpoint.com
    I also received the email and the code worked for me: 4 party tickets and some PF

    There is an * at the end of the bonus code. Do not include that when copying and pasting your bonus code. Did that solve the problem?
