Purchase Buttons did not work

I tried to buy 12 treasures to finish but the button was not working. 6 tries and it won't accept my payment of 24 bb's. refreshed and all but not accepting a payment to finish. This is not a joke
I want compensation for this. I didn't finish because of it not despite it.
I had some wonderful fellow farmers donate treasures and I used them all wisely. a big shout out to those generous players.

I am not very impressed with using 6 bbs for a repeat of the same product.
What are they going to do about the RESET error? and the payment button? I'd like my 6 bb's back thanks.

I am really sorry but the event ended 28 minutes ago. We always advise players to not wait until the last minute, to avoid such inconveniences. You have not bought treasures for BBs, there was no charge, so that means you tried after the event has ended. Without refreshing, the event will still appear active, but you cannot interact successfully with any event elements.

The feedback will be forwarded, you are more than welcomed to use the feedback thread to express your opinion about this event as well as any other feature. The reset issue has not been acknowledged as a bug, this can happen since the requirements are random, and we will make sure to forward the improvement / change request for next time a similar event returns. A personal compensation is not possible, I apologise.

I am really sorry I wish I could help you with this but there is nothing I can do. I hope what you have missed is an item and you will get it from an upcoming Gift & Trade mini event.
