purchase not received

    Hi,
    I am bluedragons33331 ID: 51000733

    I bought barnyard bills yesterday through paypal. I have not received them yet. I sent in a support ticket and got a reply back :
    Thank you very much for your inquiry. Your payment took longer to process and complete. Your account has now been credited with your order for you to use as you like.

    Which is good that someone answered, but I still do not have my barnyard bills and there is no way to explain this on a new support ticket. How do I get this fixed? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    I have checked your logs and there is no transaction made yesterday on your account. We did have some PayPal issues today but the transactions were successfully processed in the end. Indeed, you cannot submit more than one payment inquiry for one transaction, so please contact the General support in this case, and please include your transaction ID as well as the details of your purchase in the contact form. Also, please check your PayPal account to see if your money have been taken or possibly refunded.

    I am sorry I cannot help you more but we do not have access to financial data, only limited BB logs.

    Is there anything else I could assist you with?

    Thank you for your response ! Whatever was causing the hold up has cleared up and I have the BB now. Thank you ! You can close the thread now.
