Purchased BB's not credited

    I purchased some BB's today and they have not been credited to my account.

    I play via a third party and not Bigpoint directly.
    Farmerama said that my purchase could not be verified, but my credit card has been charged for the amount.

    My user name is [Tinni]
    and my user ID is 51928402

    I am unable to contact Bigpoint support directly because I sign in via another provider.

    I hope this was the right place to post this, if not I am sorry.

    On the Forum, we can only assist you with basic payment issues since we do not have access to financial records - all I can do is check your Barnyard Bills, and I notice you have purchased 3300 BBs, 3 days ago - is this the purchase you are inquiring about? Or have you made a new one since then?

    Despite logging in through a third party (BigFishGames - you can mention the name :p), you are still welcomed to contact Farmerama or Bigpoint support by filling in this form at any point.

    If you have received an e-mail with the confirmation of the transaction, please contact Support (Payment support : Click here for link). Otherwise, are you able to contact the provider you have made the purchase through? What payment method did you use?

    Bigpoint responded right away and they said Big Fish has to sort it out because the transaction was through them.
    I am waiting for Big Fish Games' response.
