    I purchased one Large Sugar and one large elixir package during crafting sale yesterday. They are not in my inventory. Please help. 47538787

    I can only find record of a purchase for a large pack of elixir yesterday, no purchase of sugar was made

    I purchased them at the same time. please double check elixir was not there either.

    Only a purchase of elixir was recorded and charged for, you have 746 elixir in your inventory

    The elixir was the first purchase of the day, followed 20 mins later by party spins and further party spin purchases later in the day, there were no other BB purchases made.
