purchased viking items, then they went away

It was almost the end of the event and I still had a ax left, but I didn't want to lose the points I had so I purchased two items (I believe it was the small super grow and banana) from the store and went to finish my last ax throw (which I was allowed to play). When I went back into the store with enough points to get the two stars, my points that were spent were back and those items were no longer purchased. I understand that it was too late for the stars, but it initially showed my receiving the other items. My game name is rrth and my number is 7244950. Thanks for your help

Although you may have been able to enter the store or play a Game, as the event finished at 14:00 CEST, those actions would not have registered, that is why you still have 160 coins in your inventory.

It doesn't add up. I had 3 axes, played two then went to the store, at that time I did not have 160 coins, so I only purchased two items. Then I played the 3rd coin, which I was credited for (otherwise I should have had fewer coins). It was when I went into the store the second time that I found the number of coins had gone up and my purchases disappeared. I know it's only a couple small items, but how was I credited for coins I earned later than the items I purchased prior to playing my final ax which would have brought my total up to 160? I knew that it was likely that I wouldn't finish the 3 axes and that I might not be credited, which is why I sent to the store just before the event ended (one minute to the hour) then tried playing my final ax. I wasn't expecting to be able to play it and was surprised when I could.

 

You will need to contact Support about the purchases to see if they can do anything regarding the prizes that were returned. It is possible that if you started the last Game before the event ended, you were be able to finish the Game.
