Purchasing BB from the Bank

    Hello,

    So i just went to buy BB from the bank... I used the slider to select 303 BB and then clicked the purchase button. It said are you sure you want to purchase 303BB for $XXXX and i selected yes. The next button i got was you have successfully received 6 BB... I checked my email and in fact it only charged me for 6 BB... Is the Bank broken right now???

    Hi Pyratic

    We are not aware with any problems with the bank currently.
    After selecting the amount of BBs you require, on the next screen you need to add them to you cart before proceeding to payment, are you sure you completed this step?
    Please clear your cache and try again, to ensure the correct amount are added to your shopping cart.

    Nope its still broken. Purchase 307 BB, get the confirmation and then when it says whats credited, its only 6 BB credited on that popup.... Again this is from the slider, not a package or anything like that. I should note i have a CC on file so there is no payment screen other then are you sure you want to purchase 307BB for $XXXX..
