Put recent cloud rows at top of main stalk

I love the new cloud harvester, saves me a lot of time. However, now I find I am not seeing all the wonderful items your creator have made. Worse, the rows that I DO see all the time, the default rows are the most "eh", plain rows. I mean, sure I could put nicer deco items there, but then I would lose out game-wise. I actually did not even realize I had the new scarecrow row until I went to the forum and saw its mention (I should have known, but did not click on the news announcement either). That part is not that big a deal, but its just a shame that we don't get to see all the new rows automatically, like we did before.

Ideally, I would love to be able to pick what rows go at the top, just so I can have a chance to see them. However, I can see where that might be a tad difficult to program.

An alternative would be to be to default all new stalks to show up at the top of the stalk. That would have the advantage of automatically rotating the stalks, so we would get a chance to see them in the top 3 for a time, at least.
