Q about if our concerns are not being heard...

The Movie is a long reaching and long lasting issue that has yet to be fixed. I know that when we post here we are told to post somewhere else.
what is our recourse than if no one is listening to us? I feel, i think others too, that are post are unheard, unanswered , and frankly not even cared about. So, in all sincerity, what are we to do...no one is answering anywhere---except when we post in the wrong place...

With all due respect, I do not think that it is fair to say that nobody is listening to us (players) and that posts are unheard and unanswered. Any inquiries you might have, you are welcomed to post a thread and the whole team of mods will be more than happy to help you.

The Cinema issues are complicated, and it has been explained again and again, and there is no point in repeating and re-posting the same thing in the issues thread without nobody listening to us (mods) - what we need from the player, to forward the issues to the team, is clearly stated in the post, yet if you look at the posts, many times you will see this list of details is not provided - including yours. Your 3 posts in the thread do not provide the requested details, at all.

When everything is provided, the issues are forwarded to the Team. They are then collected, and after a while, they are forwarded to the partner's team who will then take care of this. That's why a movie reported on day X can be taken care of one or two weeks later.

The Cinema issues were also addressed by our Community Manager's post in January, which should also prove that the Game Team and management is aware of these issues:

Last but not least, please keep in mind that many many players are not even being able to ever use this feature. It is an additional cash-for-action style of feature which allows some users to earn extra BBs, but many parts of the world never even get to have a couple of ads available, so when a few videos are broken for those of you who do get to benefit from this, a little bit more understanding and patience would be appreciated.
