Q re issue with trade

HI
a trade was posted for an upgraded animal stall and the person wants a golden leaf tree...i have plenty of them and trading licenses. But the trade icon did not light up when i clicked on it. I tried this with another item where someone wanted a golden leaf and it lit up...no issue

There seems to be some problems with the Gold-leaf tree. Unfortunately, this will not be fixed this edition of G&T. It is possible that the user asking for the pink mouse is not at he new level required for Mice breeding.

Would an item even be able to be posted if the user wasnt at the appropriate level?

 

It may be possible since the new level adjustments What do you see when looking at the ostrich/mouse trade? Is the button for trading greyed out?

Yes, I was thinking that was it...but then it shouldnt show up at all, right? if a person is not at the correct level than how can they, in theory, trade for something higher...and so it shouldnt show up in the listings. You have helped enough...we are not going to solve it...but info to pass on (because happened a few times). Thank you and u can close the thread

 

If the button is greyed out, it means you do not have, either enough trade licenses or that the item is not in your inventory. But as you said you had both these things, the problem must be with the Game. We will pass this onto the Game Team, so hopefully the issue will be fixed next time.
