    I'm thinking that in the past my premium acct. was updated auto. That has not happened this time. Yesterday I went to the site and renewed it. It has not been renewed nor has it been taken out of my acct. as of today. Just wondering if there is a problem or what I need to do?

    Yes it should be auto renewed unless cancelled via the status & cancellation page. You may have cancelled the renewal at some stage, either by mistake or perhaps due to a change in your payment details?

    Are you saying you tried to renew it yesterday and it didn't work?
    Try renewing it again and let us know if it works or if you get any error messages.
