question game

I have a question but I don't know how to explain it...

I stand near a tree with my cursor, for example... then a frame appears where I can see what kind of tree it is, etc... I move away with my cursor but that frame remains there. must then go completely out of view with the cursor before this goes away. sometimes I can't even get to my neighbors because there is something else on the screen.
what going wrong??

 

Hello popje4,

In Game Settings, choose the "additional settings" tab and turn off the "show info box on mouse cursor". Click on the Save tab and that should solve the issue.

okay thank you, I will try it, I have had this problem for a while, I think at least four weeks. and haven't changed anything in the game.

 

I have the same issue popje, but it hasn't bothered me enough to change the settings.

I just swirl the mouse cursor around real quick and that usually makes the stuck pop-up dissapear.

Might depend on your computer and browser how laggy the game can be at times too.

 

I found it annoying, but fortunately it has now been resolved, so thank you for your help
