Questions about Premium Accounts

    My premium account will expire on November 13. Your FAQ states that I can use all the premium features I paid for until then. The only real info provided is that I will not lose my unlocked park when my premium expires. It also stated we will know more about the premium in the next couple of weeks. Well, what am I to do for the following:

    1. Will I lose my double manure pile?
    2. Will I lose my 6 extra neighbor slots?
    3. Will I lose my farm house extras?
    4. What about weeds?
    5. Will I lose auto tree harvest?
    6. Will I lose unlimited water supply?
    7. Will I lose my increased drops option?
    8. Will I still be able to place 20 market offers?
    9. Will I lose the extra pheromone during breeding?
    10. How about my extra super grow and power feed?
    11. How about my extra spin?

    I can't buy another premium because that option is now taken away from me with no notice that this was going to happen. I think it totally unfair that I will lose these options while waiting for the new premium options to come in place. If I had known this would happen I could have gone in and renewed my premium but as far as I can tell, that is not an option.

    What I find ironic is that I am a paying customer and then treated as though I mean nothing. Thanks for not taking my park away but basically denounce the rest of what I paid for???? Now I understand that these options would have expired with my end of subscription, but I would have renewed and now I can't even do that. Other premium customers will not lose during this "grace period". I think I should be granted the above during the "grace period" from my expiration until new premium benefits become available so I can choose whether I want them or not. Everyone will get this option but I will not have this benefit. I'm sure there will be others that fit in to the same category as me.

    I would like an answer to what will happen since I cannot buy into a premium account.

    Sorry to inform you, but yes you will lose all those functions you currently enjoy. As you say you cannot buy an extension so nothing can be done to prevent this happening.

    We are not privy to Bigpoint's reasons not to give prior warning of these changes and only pass these decisions on to the players at the time we are asked to make the announcements.

    Unfortunately that is the way things are and the forum moderators have no influence over this decision.

    Will there be any rhyme or reason to which neighbors will be dropped? What about my manure pile? Will I lose the manure that is over the 2x limit?

    I think it rude of BP to not provide this information or to set it up so I'm left without. Really stinks.

    Please don't take it personally but sharing my feelings forward to BP would be nice. ;)

    I believe you will loose the last 6 Neighbours on your Neighbour tab. If you do not use or sell the extra manure, unfortunately it will be lost. You are better to post your thoughts in the Feedback Section ;)
