    After I have built my Confectionery, where do I find the tasks for the next level?

    Not a mod, either, but when the quest is available, you will find it in the Farmer's Quest area. It will be the last quest. Only the level you can do is available. You have to complete the first quest to use the confectionery (or bakery or florist, spa, etc.), then you have to earn confectionery points to level up, when a new quest will be available.
