    Hello gsr128,

    The Quill is the product of the Quill Factory (Eagle Workshop). It was awarded in the Going Wild event. The Rake is a product of the Rake Factory (Hedgehog workshop) which was available to win in the recent San Gigantica Express.
    If you do not have these workshops, you can buy the products from the Market.
