    Oh, no random again.
BP, we want event had more fun, but not random at all time!
Now, you play it too far, how come you even put random on the Junk crop.
don't need to talk about 4 type of junk...We even don't know how many junk we need to gow!
I'm happy we don't need to worry on drops although I never need to care about this,
Hiwever, this is a good new for those struggle on drops.
But.... you shouldn't set the rule in such way, chose 3 out of 4 junk, qty give out only when you
do that level, how about those "pre-determined" barn stuff..
    Will palyer face again.....
keep on ask you same stuff each time??
I will grow some junk, see what my pre-determine requirement set by BP to decide should I cont'd to
    do this event.

    Nahhhhhhhhhh, I'm out!

This farm is not even go to sell poo this event. I da like the idea of them not tellin you what you need.

And that leaving your barn doors open for them to take whatever they want is just doggin ya and I da like them doggin my friends, junks growers or not!

    Definitely out!

Just got confirmation -- we get to choose from any combination of 3 crops, but there is no reset to choose something else.

Thanks FionaSky & dnin21cent for the calculation and hints.

I think I am going to like this event. The only think missing is that we don't have the reset option (like in earlier events - that was fun - we were stubborn & so was the game requirements). But instead I think we have the following.

Each step requires 3 items to be donated. You can choose to donate any of these 3 required goods. You can also choose to donate only one of the good multiple times. Its your choice.

Something to be noted - important : Two of the requirements will help you advance 2 steps in the progress bar, and one of them helps you advance 3 steps! Placing your mouse over the requirement will highlight the steps you will advance in the progress bar.

Broke seems to be in sky. I think he has filled up his barn when prices were cheap and with this price rise, his competition is going to dwindle. ;)All the best broke ! :)

I thought I'd throw this out there to get some feedback: I'm only going to grow glitter poppy and balloon bloom, the two quickest event crops, because I'll be able to get more harvests in. However, I suspect that the longer event crops will probably be the ones giving 3 steps instead of 2. So is it worth it to only grow the short crops?

    Hi One-Two!

In the past, I saw everyone planning their junks growing during events and that provides a nice challenge for many. These people here do have real lives and not telling the requirements eliminates planning.

This is the very first time that I have not been able to defend the developer's decision. No I cannot go along with this action. What good is it doing to dog out long time players where the RL funds come from? There is no obvious respect for the real lives of patrons with this event.

Yes my barn is full and it will stay full and I will have no competitors during this event because I refuse to sell anything during this event. (One exception: a very very very little poo at .10 .)

No I do not wish anyone good luck with this event.

I am glad that no drops are needed. My neighbours are lousy at sending gifts. Only 4 seem to be responding on events and 1 outside events.

I'll see what amounts are needed and if they are way over the top I'll drop the event and sell them at the market. May be the time to get rich.

I will allot one field to growing some event crops just to see what the event will be like. I won't tear my farm apart. If it looks to be a "hard" event instead of a medium, I'll opt out. If it looks to be a true medium, I might adjust some of my fields to grow additional event crops. I will not sweat completion of the event. Still on the fence regarding the direction of recent events.

    i hear ya, Nellie..
n what annoys me more, i've never moved my jumbo trees from magical glade coz i was still able to cope with enough junks from other fields. but now.. only 3 fields for 4 kind of junks.. :wuerg::wuerg::wuerg:
it seems to me, they deliberately want to do "natural selection" for their money-pit..
i wonder how long i can survive.. -.-

If I understand the FAQs correctly, I might be able to complete the event without growing a single "junk".
My barn is brim full of crops, tree fruits and the rest. It would make a nice change from the usual plant, water, harvest - rinse, repeat.

I'm not entering HH this year which makes it easier.

    Best of luck everyone!

I see what you mean Hatzeva. If you just skip over the event junk moving 2 or 3 steps ahead depending on when the next junk is asked for. But you have to deliver junks for the goat and the monkey in the first step so you have to grow a little junks :)

Anyway I guess one can also do the event almost only growing junks if one likes that better.

Edit: Thinking about that I kinda like the option we are given here to either grow junks or empty the barn or a mix of both. Too bad we don't know how much we have to grow or empty!!!! -.-

I see this event is gonna have such a leg up already......
On the bright side I see my luck is riding steady.xD:cry:xD
