I found the following picture in Farmerama Official Fansite with the following words

    "Howdy Farmers,
today is the international Fancy Rat & Mouse Day.
Time to celebrate our beloved rodents by nibbling some cheese. What is your favorite cheese? "

I am trying to figure out whether it relates to any new event or something else or just an picture to commemorate Rat & Mouse day ?

Tapping my head... But still....... What do you think?

getting the mouse stable and cheese factory out as soon as possible. Just in case. (They rarely see the sunlight anyway.)

Could just be a fun item, 12ss12, but I've had my suspicions about the mouse situation for awhile. Way too many of those stables have been awarded in the last few mystery stable offerings! (Reminds me of what happened with Beavers!):p

Maybe you should check the prices on cheese before you do that. On my mkt it is bad business producing the cheese as it takes 3 mice + the food and you can't even buy that for the price you can get for the cheese.

I definitely agree with meba, if one is buying mice! Putting out mouse stalls is not a bad idea; the rodents sell for decent return vs feed. However, on my market selling the cheese only makes up the cost of two bought mice. Not the way to go for market profit!

Dienstag, if you are planning to raise some mice and put a few into cheese for possible future use, that is a different strategy. Many people speculate on possible event needs and plan ahead; but I wouldn't go overboard.

Personally, I have gradually been building up mice because of my ideas they will come in handy. Not so with the cheese, though I have some laid up in the barn.;)

Even if you raise the mice yourself, it is better to sell the mice and buy cheese, than produce the cheese. Unless you like producing things yourself of course :)

Since the international Fancy Rat & Mouse Day was 12th of November I don't really think there will be anything...

You need a cheese factory which was offered in the Day and Night Event. As far as I know, it is not available currently.

Well I would be excited if there was a need for mice. If I put out all my stables I wouldn't have room for anything else! xD

They don't take that long for a turn over so I'll hold off on stockpiling them at this point.

I've been thinking that way too Willow and have been buying mice for a while. Got 2502 so far and 650 cheese. Whenever I make millions, like on the dog breeding, I buy animals and products. Rats frighten me, so I don't want to see them on my farm.:eek:
