Re: factory upgrades for Atop the Farm

    I have reached a personal goal for this event. I got the first factory upgrade.:)
    Of course I raced to upgrade my mini factory. I expected it to go up one level, current level 8.
    After the upgrade it just stayed the same level 8. Can anyone explain anything to me about this very disappointing outcome? I am a newbie still. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post.

    Hello Sister3,

    Did you refresh to see if it changed? Also have you checked your inventory to make sure the upgrade took. If you need your account checked, please post in Technical issues with your ID#.

    Hi Sister, did you place upgrade from inventory on factory and did it show a blue curtain around as it upgraded, if so check back and may find it has now increased a level , if still a problem contact the Tech with your ID and they will look iinto it :) Happy Farming

    Thank you shooger and aslan64. I did all the the checks you both mentioned. Unfortunately it is still the same result.
