rearranged field

    Hi, hopefully someone can help.
    I have just logged on after about 24 hours and have found the main field missing trees. I'm not sure what is going on. I have logged out and back in but the space remains empty. The last thing I did on the main field was place a few chicken pens before switching. I did not do anything with trees.
    Can someone check this please. I'm sure there was a suzy tree and a few of the newer secret trees (strawberry and full moon maple) I think.

    Could you please be so kind and let us know what trees are you missing? Have you checked if they have not returned to your inventory?

    Since your inventory is full of trees, and the only trees that remained on your main field are the Suzy sprayed trees and your machinery hours are running, at first glance it looks like you have accidentally removed all trees with the builder function, and saved the fertilized ones only from being deleted.

    If this is not the case, please let us know.​

    Hi, I did not spray any trees yesterday. I was concentrating on the event and just kept out the special trees-generally 2-3 suzy (which I do spray so that I get the extra fruit)and the strawberry etc. I;m not really sure which trees were out. Isn't it possible to check. I know I did not delete the trees as I would have seen it before switching fields.
    And as I have been told before-I did not touch the field so that it could be checked, I now have a field of weeds instead of onions=can this be corrected as otherwise i would have harvested.

    :( I am really sorry cheryllynn1975, but if you don't know what trees you had, how could we, and what should we check :( ?

    Regarding the crops - yes, I can confirm that you had onions planted so please do not clear the weeds and contact Support as soon as possible, to help you have them restored promptly. If you can add any information about your trees to your report, it would be great as well.

    Is there anything else we could assist you with?
