Regal Revel - Strategy Thread

Hello everyone!

The solitaire mini-game is coming to the game, in a not-so-simple version, in fact!

Our production areas are the Main Farm and the Baha Plantation.

And here I would like to draw your attention.... in the first solitaire mini-game, whoever makes a mistake has two options: PAY ATTENTION to create rows to get as many alchemist's potions as possible. IF YOU DON'T PAY ATTENTION and get stuck, then only the purchase option is in play (because otherwise you will not be able to get the Player's alchemist's potion): you can get alchemist's potion from the "Queen's Birthday Package" (which can be purchased for farm gold), or you have to choose from baskets that contain enough alchemist's potion.

With this in mind, let's start the first mini-game....

 

In the first video the player could have put the RED 4 (2nd card in the row) on the BLACK 5 to reveal a card under the RED 4 earlier ...

 

Here are numbers needed to complete the entire event. We have 10 days to complete it.

There's 41 nodes, so 41 card mini games are needed.

There are 3 levels of Patience used:

• Easy - Cards Ace to Six used
• Normal - Ace to Nine used
• Hard - Cards Ace to King used

14 Nodes are of the easy level, 14 Nodes are of the normal level and 13 Nodes are at the hard level.

That means to complete the event, players will need:

41 Cards: Aces
41 Cards: 2-3
41 Cards: 4-6
27 Cards: 7-9
13 Cards: 10-King

Each player started the game with 1 deck of each cards, so 40/26/12 are needed. For those who were able to get bonus card decks in the previous event started with 3 Aces/2-3/4-6

Oh no! Northy, I hope you recover quickly!

I've started planting the crops on SL's farm this morning. What a slog this is going to be.

I have an app on my computer with literally thousands of solitaire games. Patience type solitaire games are NOT my favorite (this is not to say that I prefer easy games, and when I do play patience, I tend to play what they call "German Patience" which is one of the hardest). So yesterday's announcement that we would play patience for this event...well, I may have uttered dirty words.

 

Thanks everyone, I'll be attempting to eat some vegetable soup... I'm starving, I haven't eaten in over 36h...

The mini game is played one card at a time, I don't see this being that hard to play. With the fact that we can conjure up one card even if it's buried unerneath card piles, this should be a walk in the park...

Well I've played the first Patience game - and Northy's right - wasn't hard. Wasn't like the other patience games I've played. Now there's an opportunity to play "Solo King"...and I'm trying to decide whether or not to just plow ahead or not. If you know me...the motor's already running on the plow.

Flower: 5 party tickets and 50 SG - better than nothing.

What is that "cacti" ?

I have ZERO and played way over 10 years, is that some "nickname" to some other thing? I´m Finnish and don´t understand this "cacti" !
