I'm not clear why we keep getting the same amount of Menageries and Manufactories released. Pretty much each workshop requires two (or more) stables to support production, so at least twice as many menageries as manufactories should be available. It just seems like a pretty simple case of common sense to me.

That strategy assumes a few things. Firstly, it assumes that players are producing animals at the same time as products, rather than stocking up on animals prior to beginning production in workshops. Secondly, it assumes that players are using basic stables rather than coloured upgrades, many of which produce 2+ animals in one go, from one unit of feed. Using coloured upgrades negates the need for multiple stables. Thirdly, it assumes that players are using more than one stable at a time. Many stables produce animals at a sufficiently faster rate than the workshops that they can be harvested 2 or more times before the workshop is ready to be harvested, meaning enough animals can be produced with one pen during the workshop's growth time for the next round of production. Fourthly, it assumes that players are supplying 100% of their own animals. Whilst this is often the case, many players also prefer to purchase some or all necessary animals from the market in order to continue running workshops; others still prefer to simply skip the whole process and buy everything at market.

Farmerama is a game of strategy. If they hand everything to us on a silver platter, the strategy is taken out of the game - and, usually with that, the need to spend real money. The easier they make the game, the less we spend on it - so the less they get. If your personal strategy isn't supported by the resources available to you, there are two options: change your strategy to fit what you have at your disposal, or be willing to accept that your strategy is not the most efficient method of gameplay. Also remember that menageries and manufactories are not necessary parts of the game; they are there for you to use if you find it helpful. If not, you are free to go without.

I actually find that on the main farm, I use less manufactories than menageries. I have stopped donating to the FHO's that ask for products from main farm. I find it ridiculous the eps and cc's offered for these....and it's just too painful to part with products for such little reward. Since I like breeding and some of the FHO's that ask for animals, I do keep all my menageries out. I adore to have 8 neons in 1 menagerie(that is always my goal) 32 animals for 1 2x2 plot! :music: It's also a quick way to build up quantities of new release animals, which I then call sell for high amounts of cc's. Even if 1 menagerie only produces 8 animals....I'm still saving 7 2x2 plots!
I find that I now have a healthy amount of products. I especially like that some products can be grown on trees. I wish BP would introduce more of these!

ME TOO!! Especially for the Alchemy Craft I would love to see a mandrake bush/tree. I know it's a plate BUT hey Honey doesn't grow on trees either.

I have not really thought about building any of the storehouses. But 32 animals from 1 4x4 plot does sound enticing.
