Reindeer missing

    I hope someone can find my Reindeer, I have 76 in my barn and 170 Reindeer food, I have been switching my animals to keep inventory updated. Please help find it...ID#29800147. Thank you and have a nice evening. I hope nothing else is missing. who could keep track ohy. I don't think he went to help Santa in April!!!!

    Nobody answered so far? I'll give it a try......when you open your inventory did you just scroll through to find the reindeer? Try typing reindeer in the search window, maybe you had a Classic I or Classic II Reindeer Stable and that's why they are not showing where you expect them....by typing Reindeer it should show all that include that name.....I hope you find it in time (before next Christmas)

    I'll try and help out as well if you go into your inventory and type the word Classic ......it will bring up any classic stables you have .... maybe you looked under "r" rather than "C" for classic

    Hello babasfarm :)

    I have checked your logs and you did have one Reindeer stable at some point, the Xmas edition one - however, it does not seem to be on your farm or in your inventory. Unfortunately I cannot check what happened to it :( Maybe you accidentally gifted it or traded it, or maybe used it in the San Gigantica Express mini event - that's why you will have to contact our Customer Care Team please, and Support will assist you further with this.

    i have contacted customer care, I am confident I will get my beloved reindeer back, after all its the only one I have and I would never trade it or gift it or sent it off on a train thank you and hopefully I will post that I got my reindeer back
