    Would someone help this village idiot out? I just completed the quest and have everything but my cloud row. I checked the Park and realized I haven't unlocked it yet. Does this mean that I won't get the cloud row from this quest or will it be there when I unlock it? Thanks!!

    It will be there when you unlock the Cloud Rows...
