My strategy is to use the main field, meadow, half of the magical glade and half of the island.
I do two harvest during the day with water and one over night. So far I have done silver levels 1-5
I agree that the ep givers are not very good so will be going straight to the cloud row.

 

I have done all silver levels 1-7, and I will leave Task 1 and 3, levels Gold and Diamond last, because they not as important. Also it helps to use water, manure, small plots (1x1) and CAC thus having 3 harvests per day... Happy farming

 

This is simply not true. It requires some effort and planning, but it is possible to complete the event and it is certainly not necessary to spend any real money or BB. Using CAC and all fields with 2x2 you can complete the event in 6 days even without harvester.

I assume you have all land open. Then you can place a total of 169 2x2 fields, around the edges you can place 98 1x1. With CAC that gives a total of 169*6+98*3= 1308 emmers per harvest. Using water you can harvest 3 times daily (growing over night), that gives 3924 per day. Five days give 19620 emmers. The first day you can spend to get the first 400 emmers. This requires 5 CAC, but CAC can be bought for cc if you can't make it yourself. The quest also gives 2 CAC.

Above I haven't taken into account the harvest helper prize. There are 3 days worth of harvest helpers as a prize. In these days you can use 1x1 on all fields, yielding 2268 emmers per harvest. Three harvests a day for three days give more than 20 000 emmers. Of course you first need to grow the starting seeds for all the 1x1 and unlock the first harvest helper prize. But all in all this makes it very doable.

 

so do you suggest putting out all of my stables and trees and put in fields 2x2? I only have 96 2x2 fields (28 in the main farm, 30 in the green meadow, 8 at the Magical Glade and 30 in Bahamarama) also 4 comfort fields and 5 2x1 fields. In that way how far can I get to the tasks? Also what do you believe about comfort fields?

 

@Arielh: You won't go far. I personally devote all resources to completing any event, and then afterwards I focus entirely on my normal life...

 

Maybe this is what I should do.
But in the other events I go well I just not completing it and I only get the one of the two items....so now I should do some changes in my farm
Bhodho what do you think about the comfort fields? Are they good to use them?

 

Arielh: How many emmers have you harvested already? And have you used the harvesters prize?

Comfort fields are no good... they take 4 times as long and just give you three times the crops

I have harvested already 1249 emmers but one time I puted in my plants Suzy's super grow( I have plenty because I have Suzy's Jambo tree xl) What is the harvesters prize?
I am taking off my comforts field then.... wow my farm is going to change a lot!

Then I suggest that you on the same time take out most of your stalls and trees and put in 1x1 (use the builder). If you also use CAC you can grow all of the crops this weekend (if you have time to harvest three times a day). This way you get the most value for the harvest helpers and the CAC. Just remember to leave enough seeds (800 will do) to fill all the 1x1's !

Whenever you post it I will read it. You have useful ideas.
The before previous year's events I could complete them all without even having more than 90 fields. Now that the things changed I should change a lot of things in my farm too.

 

Change can be hard, but it is also what makes it interesting

I have already put out some stables but not all because they are not ready yet.
I think I won't put out my trees just a few because I don't to complete each task just the ones with the items and with power-feed

 

Stables are very worthless; a waste of time and space and EPs...

If you want to maximize cc or ep per square per time, then I agree

But for me the game wouldn't be so much fun then. Although I would appreciate the challenge of working out the best strategy. So I have made a compromise. I keep whatever stables, workshops and trees I want in the magical glade, and I try to get better values out of the other fields. It works for me At least for now, I may want to make changes at a later stage
