    Hi,

    Ive been directed to this area to post?

    I purchased a 'rent a hooper' about 5 days ago from the offer in pirate cove, but apart from the initial reward and the next day reward but since Ive not received anything unless I have and no message has been shwn, please can you check for me

    I have checked your logs and the rewards were successfully received every day. Please make sure that your gift pop-ups are enabled, and if you don't receive them, please clear your browser cache, cookies and Flash cache - and very important, make sure they are all up to date.

    Not the most generous bunny for sure :( you should teach him a lesson xD he was probably afraid to inform you of the gifts given.

    Did the pop-up appear for yesterday's gift ?

    Unfortunately I did not see any gift from the naughty bunny so not sure what was left yesterday:(:(
    I will let you know later if he wants to let me know what he decides to leave me and I will clear cache and everything in atticipation.

    Hello mackboy,

    I have cleared your server cache as well. It would be great if you could try using a different browser tonight, to see if the pop-up appears there. Could Pepper Flash be the problem? Can you please double check if it is still disabled? There has been one more similar case reported in a different language community, but clearing the cache helped - browser used was Google Chrome (42.0.2311.152 m), Flash player version 17.0.0.188.

    That bunny better hide now xD
