Repeating action for harvesting/sowing - how??

I don't even know the technical term for this so it's difficult to search the Forum, and so I'm posting my question here (this is a common theme for this newbie, btw - the learning curve in this game is incredibly steep). I've been playing for not quite 2 weeks and am at level 29.

When harvesting or sowing seeds, I *know* there's a way to change the screen so you can repeat the action without a bunch of extra clicks - I've turned it on by accident more than once but have no idea how I did it. This would make life SO much easier, especially for those of us who simply can't afford to get the automatic harvester/seeder options. I've tried the Ctrl thing noted in the Keyboard Shortcuts drop-down help window but that doesn't seem to do anything. I asked my mentor but she didn't know, either (and she's level 94).

Yes, I have a question about how to set up trade workshops, should I start a new thread for it? (The question is, how do I get started? Like the florist thing, etc., not stables or "by-product" workshops.)

 

Hello Ruthums.

You can open the Bakery, Confectionery or Florist at Level 40 in the Artisan's Village. The Spa Manager and Alchemy can be opened at Level 70 with stars.
