    This is what I got when i tried to post a reply to you teddy bear
    Thank you no more questions ever again
    I think its time for me to leave this game and find a new one after being here for 4 years on the 19th September 1910

    I am not sure why you are receiving this error - what was your message? It would be great if we could identify the source of the problem. The thread remained opened, I have advised you to contact Support for this matter because technically we are not able to assist you with this matter, we don't have technically the option of issuing a refund, nor we are allowed to - therefore, I have referred you to our Customer Care Team. Please keep in mind that we are just volunteers and we don't have access to everything nor we are allowed to do everything - we've got guidelines to follow. In this case, again, it is impossible for us to do a refund.

    So, I am not sure why my reply made you consider quitting, but please do not be so frustrated for a small technical issue with the forum - the platform is new so errors might occur, but we are not aware of this :( ​

    Please don't take my thread as being personal Teddy bear... its nothing you have done or said that is wrong ...its just the game
    It's isn't a place to come and have fun and relax anymore ...it has become stressful to play with each and every new thing that is being added to it ;)
    And thank you for your help :)
    Like now i go to harvest the Island with the machinery and it doesn't harvest ...you have to log out and in for it to work
    Am losing time on the event time on the machinery and my patience :(

    I am sorry to hear this :(

    You should not experience issues with the machinery either (please make sure you keep your Flash player up to date, and clear your Flash cache and browser cache periodically). And I'm really sorry to hear the game isn't fun and relaxing anymore :( I hope you will enjoy it again and something will happen very soon to make you feel different.
