Restart quests 1 & 3

    Please forgive my ignorance/blindness.
    I am sure I have read on forum that if you do not fully complete levels 1& 3 they can be restarted but cant seem to find anywhere to do so.

    Hello mackboy.

    If the Level 1 is greyed out it means that you have achieved more than the minimum required and you cannot reattempt it.
    Did you get any partial reward for levels 1 & 3?
