    Hi :)

    From the Retro cloud row sale FAQ:
    How does this work with the super giver cloud row?

    I think I had the cloud row from beginning of my farm, then it went missing at some point and we were advised to post our ID to get it back.

    Will I now be able to buy the super giver items for the cloud row?

    The cloud row and decorations can only be purchased, if you don't have the cloud row.

    Is there nothing that can be done about that?

    With the other cloud rows it makes some sense at least. Either you bought the cloud row before (with the items), or you won it in an event where you also had the chance to win the items.

    But there is no reason at all why I have the cloud row, I didn't win it, I didn't buy it. I never had the chance to buy the super givers that go there (that was before I started my farm). I did win one from a mystery box won in an event. I also bought some mystery boxes another time without winning any of the super givers.

    We registered our ID to get back the cloud row just in case we got a chance to obtain the items. But now those that didn't can buy them and we can't. It doesn't make any sense to me. Is this really intentional?
