Rise and Shine wont accept my upgrade

I have my Rise and shine in my park but it wont let me add my upgrade. Was there two different ones? Maybe I donthave the right base for it?

I figured it out thanks to the Halloween Calendar (https://board-en.farmerama.com/index.php?threads/halloween-calendar.36550/)
