Is anyone very good at playing the min games that can give me suggestions. I have best luck with the ballon game, but I am not doing as well this year as I did last.

 

Macho- Meter is the best, Lea. We get 15/20 easily from it. Its easy. Just practice a few games and you can easily get 15 or 20 points. Just note down the position when you have to strike and with which fastness you have to click. Using a mouse is best for accuracy.

 

My good neighbour -Niknar- posted this strategy August 2, 2016 (sadly in Archive so can't link) and it works a treat every time.

"This is what I find works best to play macho-meter
Round 1: Hold the mouse and release it when it is in the center of the bar.
Round 2: Hold the mouse and release it when it is one space away from the center of the bar
Round 3: Hold the mouse and and wait till it gets to one side of the bar and as soon as it starts heading back release the mouse."​

 

Balloons - Just focus on getting those you can reach. Not as many as possible. The longer the chain of hits, the better the score.
You get a higher score from having 20 hits in a row, than 30 with a few misses.

I have found that sometimes the internet/pc/doag-paw is lagging and thus I'm not doing as well as normally. Just give it a rest, your aim will be back to awesome the next time. And tickets do carry over, so no fuss.
