Roasted Olive and Garlic Pesto..what does it do?

Hi, can someone please clarify what this recipe actually does. On the Artisan Products page it is worded as +25% EP on EP-givers for 8 hours. When you mouse over the item in your pantry it says more EP for your giver-Bonus:25% Time:08.00h....either way, what does it mean? Does it give 25% more EP on everything you harvest or adds an extra 25% EP on any active buffs that are giving extra EP or gives 25% EP to the person who gifts it to someone??

 

The EP-Giver is another wording for you decoration items that give experience, for example the Loading Flower.....meaning, when you harvest your decoration items you receive 25% more experience points. This "Buff" lasts 8 hours. So, deco items that have a shorter recharge/cool down time can be harvested multiple times with the extra 25% experience points. This only works for your decorations that give experience!!! Not for pets, crops, tree fruit, animals or products.
I hope this explains the range of your Roasted Olive and Garlic Pesto.....

P.S. Fuzzles Woolytop has a cool down time of 6 hrs, so he can be harvested a second time within the 8 hrs. Without "Buff" you receive 250 EP, with Pesto you receive additional 62.5 EP

Could I possibly suggest that whoever writes the descriptions please try and make it clearer e.g in this case, state that it is for decorations only as I purchased it thinking I would get 25% extra on everything harvested as everything gives EP so I thought that meant EP giver!!
