Rose growing time

Has the growth time of the roses been changed?

I had planted the roses a few times overnight during the event and was surprised they weren't ready by morning.

I thought nothing of it until last night I did it again. I planted last night, watered and they weren't ready this morning after 9 hours. So I planted again and it says 12 hours once they are planted with a time of 9 hours 36 min once watered. The tip when you mouse over in the seed planting area still say 10 hours 48 min. Mouse over the plant in the ground and you find the new time and it definitely does take over 9 and a half hours to grow. My watered roses were planted 10 minutes ago in my glade and the current time is 9 hours 27 minutes until ready.

 

Do you have any refinements for roses active? There are some refinements that increase growing time, and/or decrease water effectiveness

 

yes, I do. thanks, forgot about having the refinement and it adds 10%. And also reduces the effectiveness of the water.

edit: I don't normally use the refinements but was having a terrible drop rate this time.
