rose plant refinement

I got plant refinement for rose which increases water effectiveness by 6% another one which reduces growing time by 7.5 %.so that means water effectiveness will be 26% .both refinements are active, but the water effectiveness percentage reduction is lesser than what is actual when I plant and use water.But the time is not reduced accordingly.my id is 23581837

Can you provide more details on which plant you were growing and which refinements you are referring to so we can work out the calculations.

OP stated which plant in the topic, lol

 

Refinements are not totaled together, they are reduced individually.
Example:
Growing time for rose = 10:48 hours
7.5% reduced time from refinement = 10:00 hours
Water is calculated at: 20% normal water reduction + refinement of 6% (of 20%) for a total of 21.2% water reduction = 7:53 hours total growing time.
