    I am not a Mod,
    You will need to breed the Bird's to get the Dark Blue Badges.

    Hello magicgrannyl :)

    As trishap58 has stated, the dark blue breeding badges are the result of breeding birds. If you have tooltips enabled, when you hover over the badges, it will tell you what kind they are.
