    I sat out on Round as a Bear 1 so I do not have the Coffee Lover EP but since the 2nd parts is drops only I will get the upgrade.

    Will it be available later?
    If not
    Can we gift or trade our upgrades to it?

    We have no news on whether the Base giver will be available in the future. You may try for one next Gift & Trade event. "Curtain" upgrades are not usually available for trade or gifting.
