Thank you, peony! I'm missing several breedings, so i'm undecided yet.

Good luck to all those participating!

Looks more easier here than reading by FAQ :) 600 PF is not bad number, have about 2200.

Thanks, Peony, for starting this thread. ;)

I bought all the breeding critters I was missing in the Market, just need the tortoises and I can do those by the normal breeding process! :p
I don't think the prizes are that brilliant but I do like breeding events - I will use Dragonflies (640 will do it) for the FSQ part but will leave the breeding till the weekend and hope for a Happy Discount Day and hopefully chip away at those MM FSQs! :music:
Good luck all going for it. :inlove:

Horned heath has the best barn value but I have more manta rays so that is what I used.

I am glad we can use any breeding animal for the backpacks because I'm still working on the breeding quests for cat fairies and fireflies.

These are all breeding animals right? I cant breed any of those, so i dont think its worth it to even attempt this event

Majority of the breeding animals are 4 and 5 level which means it is going to be very hard to get them. I'm out.

Thanks peony again for your detailed post of this breeding event! I will not be doing this one and I almost never skip a breeding
event BUT personally I don't find the prizes anything I want or need for my farm! So Good Luck to all and I hope you reach your goals!

Thank you peony for the post and numbers.

Done and dusted, except the jerboa (why sooo many for sooo few CCs???!!!!??)... Cloud row is up and running, the crate offers a level 3 breeding animal each day, for me that's a good thing.

Yes, that crate giving breeding animals is a very nice thing. Especially for newer farmers.

I've already been dealing with stuff this morning. Life just has too much "stuff" to deal with right now. Ugh. So I'm getting a bit of a late start to this. Still have almost 5 hours to do this event before Baby Boom is over.

I'm off to see what I can do...

    Edited to add:

Okay, I have finished this event on this farm and sewinglady's.

Even if you cannot finish this event, go as far as you can. Get the givers, even if you cannot get the cloud row. There are some very nice prizes for the donations.

The hardest part is getting the keys if you don't have a boatload of high end colored animals (or manta rays). I used a combination of both to get through the quest to get the keys. Often, I donated a mid-range colored animal and then finished off the donation with manta rays so as not to use up all my manta rays.

You can gift your neighbours M'Pungu's backback. I do not remember that kind of breeding event, usually you can get those items only from breeding.

It is also time to open your crates. You may find breeding animals or animals to breed or to donate and power-feed, pheromones and deluxe pheromones.

Check my barn of breeding animals - All is home ! :)

So 300 breedings, to market and try to make so profit...

Emerald Anacondas 3.5 millions?, needed 8, I have 42 so "if 4-6 can be sold..."
Ttropical Parrots, 2 times in market, value 15millions and in my barn 9 of them...

hope so when I was done all, prizes are in THIS LEVEL... but 90% sure that it is not situation then...

All done on this farm, too!

Yes, if you have crates with breeding animals, now is the time to open them. I tend to save them up for such occasions as this, but this time out, I didn't need to open them - all the farms doing the event were well stocked with the breeding animals needed. Okay, almost - PM23's farm had to breed a few monkeys to get 2 more gorillas - but that's it, so all in all, easy peasy!

If you aren't milling power feed full time in your main farm mill, start doing it now. The ONLY time I stop milling power feed on all my farms is if I'm desperate for some animal feed (usually some new animal that necessitates milling a few hundred feed), then it's right back to milling PF 24/7.

There are also a good number of crates that give PF. I know it isn't supposed to matter, but I do save up crates for a "rainy day" as well...generally opening the ones that give things for breeding events on the morning a new breeding event starts. I save the MM ones for when we get a decent stretch of MM (like last month).

Do what you can...farm the way you want to farm. There's no wrong way to play this game.

Finished on my oldest farm. None of the others are doing it due to low amounts of PF (Even though I do mill pretty much 24/7).

Completed it yesterday after spending some orange coins for more PF and with the understanding there was likely to be a HDD this weekend. Happy for those who will wait for the weekend as it has indeed been a long time since the fence posts aligned and there was that benefit during a breeding event! Wish success for everyone to reach their goals :)

Sunday, we get a short timed Discount Day. While most of us have completed the event, we all need to remember to refill our breeding hut with animals before the end so we're prepared for the next breeding event. I know, we don't know what we'll need, but I tend to put at least a dozen of every type of breeding animal in the hut and then complete the 132 allowed with whatever I'm short on for a FSQ or something like that.

PS: the above statement might be a "reminder to self"...I have too many things going on and I have become very forgetful.
