Sails missing

    Hello,
    Apologies if this thread is a repetition, but I was wondering, what happens to all the sails? I have a sail shop, and it still makes sails. However, I cant see them in the barn.
    Do they turn into cc or is there a problem?

    Look under "Products" in your barn. They should be listed there.

    Hi Julie1013, unfortunately its not shown there on mine. Unless there is a problem on my farm :S

    If it is the apprentice sailmaker from the comic event, this info comes from the FAQ:
    The apprentice sailmaker is removed after the event from the game. Each apprentice sailmaker contained in the inventory is exchanged. A further established apprentice sailmaker will only be exchanged if it breaks off and slides into your inventory. As long as they continue to be produced, the product is immediately converted after harvest.
    Each Mill sails will be exchanged for 25 EP + 25 CC after the event

    If you were able to finish the event and turn in your apprentice sail maker for a permanent sail factory, the sails should be in your inventory under Products. Since you report they are not there, I think it may be possible you still have the apprentice sail maker.
    If not, hopefully a mod can help sort things out for you.

    Hello farmer201388,

    If you are only requiring mole feed, it is the apprentice sailmaker you have on your fields. As puppiesnponies indicated, these get exchanged as soon as they have finished production into EP/CC. Only the permanent Sailmaker, which requires 2 moles and 1 feed make sails.

    o_Opsie! Thanks pnp, I forgot about the apprentice sailmaker. I have the other one so just assumed that's what farmer201388 had :p

    Hello farmer201388 :)

    I have checked your account and indeed what you have on your field is the Sail shop not the Sail Factory. The Sail shop is the temporary event workshop, which will be exchanged to EP and CC as soon as you delete it from your fields. The products made here are automatically converted to EP and CC, and no product will be stored into your barn, since it's the event product, not the permanent one. Using this workshop will only grant you EP and CC, and there is no way to get the Sail Factory at the moment, to produce the Sails that would add to your barn.
