Same thing happens again.. slooow login..

relating my post in https://board-en.farmerama.com/index.php?threads/almost-1-hr-to-log-in-is-that-normal.25248/, just wanna let u know that it's happening again..

both firefox n google-chrome are still loading at 55% almost 1 hr now.
i went earlier today n open all 3 browsers at the same time without any problem (around 10-15 mins loading for each), then logged out.

exactly at 15:00 CEST i tried to log back in for MM, but until now i'm still waiting.

i'll let u guys know what happens next after i can properly log in, so we can try to figure out what's the problem with the server in our side (players) of the game.

ok, here what happened..

i closed firefox, n reload google-chrome at 16:05
16:22 i got in mainfield then go to farm-wheel
16:26 farm-wheel loaded then off to town square
16:29 got in town square (i feel like walking on foot )
16:30-33 loading farmer's society
n so on.. every field i load n everytime i click something, took me around 3mins each (while at normal time it's just about 1min)
thankfully the game is working this time even at slow phase..

i hope this information can be useful for improvement..
(now i'll try to check my other account through other browser.. crossed my fingers..)

We have cleared your online cache as well - could you please try to log in again? Please only try in one browser at the time, you cannot log into more places at the same time . Sticking to Firefox only, and clearing your browser cache and cookies should be enough.

aaahh.. i didn't know u can clear my online cache from ur side (i didn't even know that it exists ). it's now working beautifully.. (i've been so busy, ain't i? )

yes, i log at one browser at a time. after it's fully opened, then i go to open other account in other browser.

u know how beautiful it is?!
i open my last account in firefox (with google-chrome already opened),
n it's loading ONLY 7 mins.. !!

Only 7 minutes? That is an awful lot Is your connection by any chance very slow? Is this normally occurring for you? Because it should not ... Have you tried adjusting your settings, like setting the quality as 'ok' instead of 'high', turn off your animations, and change the loading point for your account (from main land to farm map or the other way around) ?

As for the cache - the one we can delete is the server side one, which has nothing to do with the Flash cache or browser cache which are stored locally on your computer.

I have the same problem.
Slow game, harvest helper not working and cannot get to the island or the other fields but the first.
I have ried re-loading and it is not letting me back in.

Can someone whizz it back?

uh..oh.. i didn't know what is the normal time of loading..
so just now, i closed everything.. n just open firefox, clear both flash n browser caches, cookies, n history.. then login.. not even 2mins.. record time!! (for me ) is that good?

as for what u're saying above.. again the language is not familiar to me..
but i'll try to tweak n click any button i could find later, i promise..

P.S. that 7mins was when i still have 2 other browsers opened. internet connection is fine.

That is an improvement You should sure load the game faster, but down to under 2 minutes from what you have been used to wait it is great progress.

Regarding the game settings, I will include some screenshots cause they say more than a thousand words . Clicking on the cogs in the top right corner will open the submenu in which you can click on the game settings icon (both marked in the screenshot below) which opens the settings window in which you can adjust some options. The options you should take a look at have been marked on the screenshots as well - the game quality (OK) , animations (OFF) - after which you should click on the Save button; and then switch to the advanced settings page where you can choose your loading point (please choose the alternative of the option you are using now, to see if that helps the loading):

WoW, teddy.. that is a GREAT help..!!
i wonder if we could pin this kind of info somewhere in Game FAQ (i never finished reading all the info there, my bad). it would've been very useful for others (like me) who took technology as their nemesis..

anyway, despite all of the great helps u have given me, the game (combined with my internet) was acting up again yesterday, as i tried to refresh after MM. after 1 hr when i can finally logged in, i noticed that Baha menagerie was implemented also the quest in FS. but i can't go with the game properly, so i refreshed again. i couldn't remember how many tries coz i was too tired after lack of sleep with the back to back events lately. before bed, i checked once more (still lagging), n the quest was gone.

today everything looks normal with the game. but my internet is slow. firefox crashed. n my computer is burning (the inside fan went on a strike ). why.. o why can't everything works peacefully in perfect harmony..

ok, teddy.. thank u so much for the assistance.. i really really appreciate the effort..
i won't say "it" again.. u know what to do..
