    Sheriziya, My advice to lower levels is always to do as much of an event as possible. That's what I did. You probably won't get all of the drops unless your combined trophies are well over 20% AND you manage them properly. ;) But you get rewards you can use in this event or future events, in the Park, ToW, etc. Plus you build up your farm so that you can finish events in the future. Good luck.

    Illy will probably have an SOS thread for help with drops. For anyone who thinks they need help with the event.

    This is the first time since I joined in September where I probably know what I am doing with an event. I am hoping I will be lucky with the drops.
    I do have all the zones open in the Magic glade, so that is a big plus.

    Exactly!
    This event also have nice gradation of regular animals. For 1st step we have chickens, then rabbits, and so on.
    Even very low level players can benefit from this.
    Not bad event at all.

    Thanks, SuzeeRabbit for your tips and encouragement! I'm indeed determent to finish at least three levels, if not four. The chickens are already covered, as are the sheeps. The Rabbits will be covered during the event and I'm already working on the cows as well. The horses and the fish are going to be harder, though, especially since I've got another 10 levels to go before I can buy the Fish pond.

    BUT..... The challenge is fun and knowing I'll probably be able to finish 3 levels, if not four, is very hopeful and fun :)

    I also recommend lower level players "cherry pick" events by studying the FAQ. I no longer do that but I'm sure others can offer advice on which challenges to skip or work toward.

    Many farmers make money during events as poo farmers if they are not able to finish. Lots of "free" coins there.

    In preparation for the event... plant your longest crop timed to harvest right after the event starts to maximize drops. More info here...

    Sheriziy/omadon/Tinni,

    Take into account that if any of you -or any other player- is planning to complete the event only partially, then it's advisable to assess if you can concentrate your efforts on getting the most significant rewards. These are only two: the cloud row that cuts 5% workshops times and -for many, I think- the cheese factory.

    For none of these you need all of what's asked for. In particular, you only need to do the Silver tasks of each level to enable access to next level.

    As Mir has already explained, if you can use some PJ (if not CAC: it's comparatively cheap these days -compared to only a month ago-), along with planning the usage of the helper coupons to switch to 1x1s, you'll most probably be able to do most of the event or, at least, try to aim at one or both of the most juicy rewards.

    For the cloud row only, see my entry in page 1 for total requirements. It means only L1S (silver task of level 1), L2S, and all SGD tasks of all the rest of the levels are to be completed to get the cloud row (along with all the EP-givers for the cloud row and the cheese factory).

    For the cheese factory only, total requirements are as follows:
    3500 Jutes (event crops) --> /6 --> 585/day
    195 Santa Hats (event drop item1) --> /6 --> approx 33/day
    0 Holiday Presents (event drop item2) --> 0/day
    0 Chickens
    0 Rabbits
    0 Sheep
    0 Cows
    20 Horses
    0 Fishes

    It means only L1S (silver task of level 1), L2S, L3S, L4S, L5SG tasks are to be completed to get the cheese factory.

    I would suggest you to go for the cheese factory first, following the previous guide, and only then see if you can do more: if you can, I'd start completing Gold and Diamond tasks of levels 3 and up. Just at the end, if you still have enough breath, go for completing the rest of levels 1 and 2.

    Hey Aluntino,
    That is a very helpful post.
    I am confident I should be able to get the cheese factory. I will post here and let you know how I end up performing in the event.

    @ Aluntino, thanks for this very helpful post! My only current problem with this strategy is that I don't have enough CC to either buy enough horsestables or to buy the horses from the market. But it's an interesting strategy. I'll see if I can sell other things to get enough CC to buy the stables. That would certainly help! :D

    Thanks again, everyone, for the advice and help! I, and I think a lot of newbies with me, appreciate all of this from a very generous and helpful community :)

    To make easy money become a chicken/manure farmer today. ;)
    Don't use poo on your own crops. It usually is worth more when sold than used on crops.

    Or do what I did on Poo... I got out 88 chicken pens yesterday and banked several lots in the market.

    I always find high level plants on 1x1 plots better, but I also always have trees on the periphery of my farm.

    Number of daily Holiday Presents needed is 134, not 114.

    Won't be taking part in this event myself. I do love taking part in Christmas events but the last major event I participated in depleted me way too much. I need to get my farm back in order and it's taking time. Enjoy though!
