    yes, Bhodho, there is a event & it overlap with MM for 1 hr.
    I'm lucky to find that 12 hr before event start, which let me to have my GM & MG
    cover with long hr crop. thus even my MF is busy with MM crops. I still got some
    good drops from other fields.

    Ugh :sleepy: I forgot about this event. I'm going to have a rotten start. I've got MM crops planted and they won't be done for 2 hours AFTER the event starts (I've already added super grow, water, and manure to them) and are not the best for drops. :(

    Oh well, at least this time I realized the event was happening BEFORE it started :p I've been speeding too quickly through the forum lately. Someone needs to set up some speed traps and slow me down!!

    event start,just harvest my magic trees
    I got santa hats.
    without main farm, only half GM & 2/3 MG, I only got 40 drops @
    Let's seem how many drops I got for frist day of event.

    Realized that only can be planted on the main field, green meadow and magical glade. :oops:

    Got 35 Holiday Presents and 36 Santa Hats just a moment ago. Not bad! 8)
    It is from green meadow and magical glade only. Main field is full covered with MM crops.

    I got 56 drops from both drops.
    what do you think I should plant in Bahamarama?

    Silly (typical) Guy, read the instructions (even though that is against men's protocol) about where the event crops could be planted

    Hi, Arielh, if you do not need to re-stock island stuff. It better to plant yr highlest EP
    island crop for getting good drops. For those don't need to worry for drops. put out
    some parrot . the manure output either for own use or got some fortune from market.

    I did the same thing (as in not reading the FAQs properly and not realising the island couldn't be used!) - wasn't going to clear the island on either farm but decided it made sense to maximise when using CAC and get done quicker! :cry:

    I was determined to mess up the start of this event - mistimed everything and still got a couple of plots - unsure how! - of MM crops! Oh well, at the next harvest in two hours, I will have two full fields - barring disasters of course! :music:

    27 Holiday Presents and 23 Santa Hats on this farm. :)
    55 Holiday Presents and 47 Santa Hats on Illy's farm. :inlove:

    good idea about the manure!
    If the price get high later, like the previous events, I will put out parrots.
    but now the price is 25 CC each

    From my farms...

    Farm one:
    holiday present -- 91
    Santa hats -- 84

    Farm two:
    holiday present -- 68
    Santa hats -- 87

    Farm three:
    holiday present -- 85
    Santa hat -- 80

    I had one field of ghosts and one of carnations. The other two fields were a mishmash of pens, crops, trees. Usually if I have carnations on the three main fields I get slightly more than 100 drops for first morning harvest. The above numbers suggest I'll get close to 200 each day per drop. In other words there is a independent algorithm for each drop.

    This is one way that you benefit in the USA from the event starting (for you) in the morning. On the downside, I make most of my mistakes before my second cup of tea so I suppose it is just as well it starts in the afternoon here! :inlove:

    ok, I finished inital plant & got my 3 field plant 1X1 Jute.
    right now, I got 90 Santa hat 83 holiday present
    a little less than other event. since MF got lessen drop due to MM crop planting.
    I'm satisfy for my result.
    Now is 0:52 am on my time zone. Bedtime come.
